Holiday Dried Beef Cheese Ball

Great addition to any festive event!

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese

  • 1/4 Cup of Sour Cream

  • 1 Package of Dried Beef

  • 1/4 Cup of Mayonnaise

  • 1 small Can of Parmesan Cheese

  • 1/4 Cup of Green Onions (Chopped)

Directions:

  •  Mince dried beef, place in bowl with 1 cup water & microwave for 3 minutes. Drain well and stir in remaining ingredients. Microwave for additional 3 minutes.  Mold into cheese ball or bowl, and refrigerate overnight.  

  • Bring to room temperature before serving.
