Southwest Breakfast Casserole
Our favorite Saturday morning staple.
Ingredients:

1 dozen eggs
-
4 Cups of Milk
-
10 oz. Can of Mushroom Soup
-
4 oz. Can of Green Chilies
-
1 bunch of Green Onions (chopped)
-
1 TSP of Ground Black Pepper
-
10 oz. Seasoned Croutons
-
1 Pound of sausage, cooked and crumbled
-
2 Cups of Shredded Cheese
Directions:

In bowl, beat the eggs. Whisk in the milk, soup, green chilies, green onions and black pepper.

Arrange the croutons in the bottom of a greased 9x13 baking pan. Layer the sausage over top of the croutons, and pour liquid on top.

Sprinkle the cheese on top. Cover with foil and place in the refrigerator overnight.

Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 60-75 minutes.
